Tiera Fambro is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Georgia State University majoring in Psychology. After graduating, she plans to pursue graduate school in psychology, eventually leading to a PhD in clinical psychology. Tiera’s main interests are in the areas of behavior development, interpersonal relationships, and cultural/racial factors associated with depression and anxiety, particularly within the African-American community. In her free time, Tiera enjoys reading, baking, and being a makeup artist.
Lindsey Green is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Georgia State University majoring in psychology. Lindsey plans to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology after graduating this May. Her research interests include personality and developmental psychopathology with a specific interest in internalizing psychopathology. She is also interested in how environmental factors such as parenting and peer relations interact with individual traits to predict various outcomes. Outside of school and work in the lab, Lindsey enjoys teaching ballet and contemporary at a local dance studio, studying subjects in philosophy, and hiking.
Carley Peace is currently pursuing a master’s degree in literary studies at Georgia State University. However, she has a growing passion for psychological science, particularly the study of personality. Carley’s current interests are in the area of both adaptive and maladaptive correlates of personality and the way in which outcomes vary by contextual and environmental influences. In her limited free time, Carley enjoys hiking, traveling, playing the cello, and reading good books.
Shruthi Polu is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Gerogia State majoring in neuroscience. After graduating, she plans to pursue a medical degree. Shruthi’s main interests are the neuroscientific basis of psychopathology. Outside school, she is a Kuchipudi dancer and teaches dance in her free time.
