Sumer Coile earned her bachelors degree in Psychology at Georgia State University and plans to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. Sumer’s main research interests are in the area of psychopathology. Outside of school, Sumer enjoys spending her free time at the gym, reading and traveling.



Lindsey Green

Lindsey

Lindsey Green is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Georgia State University majoring in psychology. Lindsey plans to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology after graduating this May. Her research interests include personality and developmental psychopathology with a specific interest in internalizing psychopathology. She is also interested in how environmental factors such as parenting and peer relations interact with individual traits to predict various outcomes. Outside of school and work in the lab, Lindsey enjoys teaching ballet and contemporary at a local dance studio, studying subjects in philosophy, and hiking.


Shireen Hashemi

ShireenShireen Hashemi is an undergraduate student at Georgia State University majoring in psychology. After graduation, Shireen plans to pursue a Ph.D. in industrial-organization psychology. Although she is new to the research world, Shireen’s primary interests are in the areas of personality development, motivational processes, and behavior. Outside of school and working in the lab, Shireen enjoys attending concerts, going to museums, and creating art.



Natalha Peterson

NatalhaNatalha Peterson is an undergraduate student at Georgia State University majoring in Psychology. After graduation, Natalha plans to pursue a Ph.D. Although she is new to the research world, Natalha’s primary interests are in the areas of personality, behavioral, and cognitive development. In her free time, Natalha enjoys going to the gym, drawing, playing video games, and exploring the attractions Atlanta has to offer.



Shruthi Polu

ShruthiShruthi Polu is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Gerogia State majoring in neuroscience. After graduating, she plans to pursue a medical degree. Shruthi’s main interests are the neuroscientific basis of psychopathology. Outside school, she is a Kuchipudi dancer and teaches dance in her free time.



Catherine Williams

CatherineCatherine Williams is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Georgia State University majoring in psychology. After graduating she plans to pursue a PhD in clinical neuropsychology. Catherine is interested in researching the neuroscientific foundations of the behavior, decision-making, and cognitive development. In her free time, Catherine enjoys listening to music, dancing, and going to see live shows.
